The top of the line Malmark Cajon, El Guapo is truly handsome.
The drum’s sound can be characterized by a deep, rich, warm bass yet is balanced also to produce a distinct high range snare sound.
The drum is constructed out of 3/4″ hand picked solid mahogany with a 1/8″ hand picked mahogany playing surface. To create strength and tonal quality, the wood is assembled using a high strength wood glue. Snare wires are precisely placed to produce balance and exception tonal response.
Each drum is hand sanded and coated with a polycrylic protective finish that will protect your drum for years.
